Fall ’08 -  Dear Friends,  It’s been a while since my last update.  Summer went by way too fast and was filled with some wonderful and exciting experiences for me.   My favorite performance of the summer was during the Rochester International Jazz Festival for City Newspaper’s Jazz Celebration, which was a great time and an honor.  I have been making a lot of surprise appearances with jazz and funk groups as they come through town as well. 

On July 25th, I got married to the love of my life, Jordan,  at Casa Larga Vinyard here in Rochester, New York.  For those of you that don’t know, Jordan and I have been together since 2001 and have a 3 year old son named Chase.  In August, Jordan, Chase, and I moved into our new home in Brighton, New York.  We are finally settled and very happy here.  I also attended the weddings of 2 of my close friends.  It really was a fantastic summer filled with joy.

I have been busy working on my next release, and the musical journey to date has been magical.  While I’m not rushing this one, I am anxious to share this new music with you.  I’ll have a timeline for release in my next update.  I will most likely post a tune or two pre-release as well.

Autumn has got to be my favorite season.   The crisp air, falling leaves, apple cider...etc.  I love it. 

I will also be starting the “Word of the Week” again.  I have gotten so much mail asking what happened to the weekly word.  Well, it’s back!  And no...I didn’t run out words.  That will never happen.
